Due to high bank-and processing costs, we only accept orders of 10 euros or higher. Should you order for less than 10 euro, 2,50 euro handling costs will be added to your order to cover our expenses.

Shipping costs within The Netherlands:

- Letterbox post with an ordervalue up to 25 euros: 1,95 euro
- Letterbox post with an ordervalue of 25 euros or higher: FREE
- Parcel post with an ordervalue up to 50 euros: 3,95 euro
- Parcel Post with an ordervalue of 50 euros or higher: FREE

All our orders will be packaged in mailite envelopes or in boxes with protective padding. Your order will ship to the shipping address you have provided. Please double-check this before finalizing the order. You will be charged with additional shipping costs should we need to resend the package to another address.

Once we have dropped off our post at the postoffice, we are no longer responsible for your package. Using standard shipping is solely at the customers own risk. Orders that do not arrive due to malfunctioning postal services will not be re-shipped. Exception: We take full responibility for all signed for shipments or shipments with insurance (optional)

Shipping OUTSIDE The Netherlands:

Because we charge you actual shipping costs or less, we can only send you an invoice for the actual shipping costs once your order has been picked, weighed and processed. If international shipping costs turn out to be higher that expected, you may cancel your order without a penalty.

Returns:

Unopened and unused items may be returned without reason given withing 14 days after the date on the invoice. Exceptions: books / magazines and paper cannot be returned.
Please attach a copy of your invoice to your return-shipment. Please also add your bankdetails so we can reimburse you for the returned products.

Products that have been used or are in an opened package can only be returned if the product proved to be faulty. Before returning such a product, please contact us first.
